Bonus material: Mariah Carey - Help me make it through the night
Mariah stared in the film Tennessee, and this is her contribution to the soundtrack. But as seems to be the story of Mariah's life right now concerning her music: it got dropped. She should release this shit as "Help me make it (to number 1)".

The song is a cover of Kris Kristofferson's 1970 release. It's as boring as hell. But Mariah's vocals sound really strong. It's nice to hear her sing on such a stripped down song. It's almost like listening to something she did years ago. Almost.

I don't think we've had as many leaks, left overs and remixes float around a Mariah release as much as Memoirs of an imperfect angel. Just goes to show how poorly the album was handled. A shame, because the album had hit singles in the bag. It still shocks me how she managed to have a song that got as much unanimous love as "H.A.T.E.U", yet she shot a horrendous video for the song, mimed every performance and had it flop. Chick best pick it up for the next album.
