Ke$ha randomly spoke out about Britney Spears' and her 'live' performances...I don't think that’s fair at all for people who are going to see the show. I think if you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance. If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans. No offense to her specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime. It's treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing. Sometimes it is hard to sing and dance at the same time but I would rather be off and be real and genuine about it to my fans. I don’t want to treat my fans like they are stupid.Atta girl!! Ke$ha spoke nothing but the truth. We all know Britney's 'live' game is an absolute shambles. Between the lack of swagger and miming so blatant you wonder why she even bothers to lip sync at all! It's not even like she can dance her arse off and entertain without a stage of pyrotechnics, juggling clowns and Elephant stuntin' on bicycles anymore. But Ke$ha needs to fix up her own live game pronto. Because she is awful live. So bad to the point you kinda wish she had just push play on a CD and mimed.
I also think Ke$ha may have messed with the wrong one. Because Britney's fans roll deep! And say what you will about her 'live' game, she can still have a single go straight in at #1 on the charts and sell out a world tour. Doesn't mean Ke$ha ain't right though. Britney either needs to start singing live, or make like it's 2001 with the dance steps and stage swagger.
