Random J Pop playlist: Festive fuckery (a Christmas playlist)

It's almost that time of year ya'll. Can you fucking believe that it's almost Christmas and that the close of 2018 is upon us!? BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITCH. It's crazy.

I come bearing a gift for all of my ho, ho hoes. A festive playlist appropriately titled Festive fuckery.

Whether you're the type to get full into the swing of Christmas or sit with an alcoholic beverage cussing the whole thing out, this playlist will soundtrack your holiday. I mean, the latter is kind of a lie. Chances are that if you're done with Christmas, you won't want to listen to songs about it. But this playlist has BOPS. So you can at least appreciate that and grind in your seat to the kick drums and finger snaps of Ariana's cover of Wham's "Last Christmas". Yes, it's trash. But it makes my booty tick-tock and pop. Plus, I'm calling it that Christmas is that time of year where allowances can be made for questionable song choices. So you can miss me with your judgement until January 2nd.

Festive fuckery features a selection of traditional Christmas songs, dodgy covers of Christmas songs, original Christmas songs, and song that aren't Christmas songs, but I added anyway because they have bells 'n' shit.

I could write a whole entire post on Kelly Clarkson's "Underneath the tree" and how that shit deserved to pop all the way off and should be getting hella air play and exposure every December. She really tried to come with Mariah for that shit. A definite contender for an original song going the traditional Christmas song route the same way that "All I want for Christmas is you" did.
