Beyoncé on the set of "If I were a boy"

Beyoncé on the set of 'Just like a boy'This here is a shot of Beyoncé getting her Policing on for her new music video for "Just like a boy". It's also the position I'd like to do her: hand on the back of her head, face down and rough.

There was a lot of folk comparing the subject of Beyoncé's song to Ciara's "Like a boy": understandable given the song titles. I also drew this comparison, but sometimes song titles can punk you. The shot above definitely looks like the song will be a case of romanticizing what it'd be like being a boy though. But it still may not be. It's not like we don't have female officers patroling the streets, arresting dudes. I guess we'll have to just wait and see!

I also love how the white police officer is looking smug, like "Yup! We got him. Another n***a in jail!" Hopefully there's a section in the video where Beyoncé strips off out of that uniform, takes off the hat to reveal L'Oreal conditioned hair and proceed to work her jelly in the middle of the street as she belts out the chorus. We all know Beyoncé never turns down an oppurtunity to work a miniscule dress, heels and will look for any excuse to thrash her weave. You best believe that police officer hat is coming off to allow her to do it.

It'll be interesting to hear how the song sounds, given it's produced by German pop producer Toby Gad (the man responsible for Fergie's "Big boys don't cry") and not an R&B producer. In Toby Gad related news, he's also been in the studio with Brandy for her forthcoming album Human.
