The style
Every K-Pop group at some point has looked liked they got dragged into a wet dream of Jeremy Scott's and barely made it out alive...3 years ago. Girls' generation are slow on the uptake and as a result look outdated. Girls' generation should not dress hood. EVER! A part of me died when I saw Taeyeon pop her pussy in a snapback and do-rag. DIED. The only members of the group who look half decent in this mess are Hyoyeon, Sunny and Yuri. All of the others look an uncomfortable mess.
The set
I'm sick to death of this f**king set. We've seen variations of it across multiple SM videos thus far. f(x) used this shit for "La Cha Ta", then again for "Nu ABO". BoA popped her pussy on it for "Only you", but not before TaeTiSo hit it up for "Twinkle" and Girls' generation flailed their anorexic legs in their Japanese flop fest "Paparazzi". Not to mention that 2NE1 did this shit 4 years ago with "Fire". Originality, style and flyness are not things you'd ever associate with a Girls' generation video, so I guess to have expected anything flying the flag of either was stupid. All of their music videos are variations of the exact same setup and concept. The only thing which changes are the outfits.

The choreography
Girls' generation couldn't keep in time with one another if Joe Jackson was on these bitches with a whip and a metronome. Girls' generation barely but managed to make it through the routine for "Genie" and all the they had to do was stand on one leg and flick it around like a Flamingo for 3 minutes. Throw pussy popping, hip rolling, locking and krumping into the mix and you have what is one of Girls' generation's best routines...done horribly. The only members of the group who breezed through the choreography and looked hot doing it were Hyoyeon and Yuri. I did love me a bit of this though.
Hyoyeon and Yuri being the only members who bothered to whip their shit 360 degrees. Don't even get me started on drunk Tiffany, dead Jessica and Mortal 'Sooyoung' Kombat.
The song
I thought I would love this song based on the teaser, but having heard it in full I am not about this shit. It's like somebody forced Sooyoung to eat 4 songs and then made her stick her fingers down her throat to bring that shit back up in the studio. It starts off with a rap song, then segues into a 60's style throw down, and then dives straight into Pop / meets UK garage. The song is ambitious in its approach, but it's so badly done. It's a shame, because if this song was re-worked / re-fined it could have been amazing.
