Perfume's "Time Warp" gets flung in a Peugeot commercial. Not a single fuck was given.

Whenever Perfume release a song it's usually tied in with something or other. With "Time Warp", it's not watches, calendars or planning apps. It's a damn car. Perfume weren't content with being avatars for a Mercedes-Benz A-Class. They want that Peugeot coin too. 

If you're already thinking, 'I can't see how "Time Warp" would work in a car commercial'. It doesn't. Not even a little bit. I mean, it could. But it doesn't here. 

The only connection to the song is the intro showing the run through the years. But tonally, the song doesn't match the commercial at all. Correction. The section of the song they used doesn't match. Maybe if they picked the pre-chorus section without the vocals it MIGHT have worked. But still, the disparate tones are glaring.

Perfume and Peugeot really do not give a fuck. This how match up is so odd. Which Perfume fan is going out to buy a Peugeot? Really.
