Sandaime J Soul Brothers serve MJ and 80s Synth Pop for "Rising Soul", and my wig moved a little bit

Sandaime J Soul Brothers go MJ and 80s Synth Pop for "Rising Soul" | Random J Pop

J Soul Brothers of the EXILE crew have released a new song, and y'all. I'm in shock. Because it's actually really good. J Soul Brothers have gone 80s Synth Pop with their latest single "Rising Sun". A sound that we've seen surface a fair amount this year with Duolingo's "Physical" and Everglow's "La Di Da" amongst others. And it really suits them.

J Soul Brothers fancy themselves as dancers, the moves did nothing for me. But the "Smooth Criminal" homage with the suits was cute, and of a vibe that you wouldn't really associate the sound with.

"Rising Soul" will be one of three songs to feature on the physical release Rising Soul to The World from the Exile tribe - one of which is a "Red Phoenix" from Exile and the other being "Way to the Glory" from Jr. Exile.

Rising Soul to The World will release physically on January 1st, but each of the singles will be released digitally prior. The logo on the cover (as featured in the "Rising Soul" music video) looks so much like the Jedi symbol from Star Wars, that I fully expect Disney to step in and tell Avex to delete that shit.
