With the released date for Hikaru Utada's "Pink Blood" set for June 2nd, we now know for sure that the music video will be premiering on YouTube the same day, at the same moment the song hits streaming.
The "Pink Blood" rollout schedule has been a little...weird to say the least, which is probably a combination of the delay of "One Last Kiss" and also the pandemic. But it's coming together. And the fact that we're even getting a music video for this song at all is a surprise to me. I never assume anything with Hikaru Utada. If she announces a song, I don't expect a music video. If one does get announced, I don't expect her to feature in it.I'm reserving all thoughts on the song until I hear it in full. These "Pink Blood" snippets don't having me super hyped, but snippets to Hikaru Utada songs rarely do. Let's hope the full song features flourishes with live strings and all that good shit.
If you want to make sure you catch the video for "Pink Blood" the moment it's available, the music video will be having a premiere on YouTube. So be sure to hit the link below and set a reminder. And in the meantime you can live chat with fans on the video.
