Crystal Kay had shared a whole bunch of photos from her Christmas gigs, and she looks fine as hell in every single one. So let us just have a moment and take in Crystal looking fine, festive and sangin’ on a stage, because the latter is something we unfortunately get very little of from her these days. Crystal has to be the only ‘active’ artist whose live performances weren't affected by the pandemic, because a bitch had nothing booked anyway.

I get that Crystal Kay is no longer in a place commercial to do larger venues, but there’s no reason for her to not do smaller scale tours during the year. It's what Beni’s been doing. Shit. It's even what Ayumi Hamasaki been doing. Crystal most definitely has a fanbase big enough that they’d pack out small cafe’s and venues. These Billboard gigs are proof of that. So make them more regular and build up the attendance base.

The most glaring thing for me is how little Crystal Kay appears on television to perform. Crystal performing on The Masked Singer Japan was the first time I’d seen Crystal perform on a TV show in YEARS. How in the hell are LDH just not having Crystal appear on any of these big TV shows to perform anything? TV appearances are so vital in Japan. So to not push Crystal more on TV is a massive failure on their part to help growth of her fanbase and music sales in the hopes they'll translate into tour ticket sales.

GIrl. Fire the whole management and marketing team.

I really need Crystal to Zoom with Marie Kondo and clean house for 2022. Because her career will stay stagnant otherwise. There is still so much more for her to do and achieve. It’s so frustrating that nobody in Crystal’s team is making an effort to pave a path for her future, or build on the foundations of her past. We've had no marketing or acknowledgment of Crystal’s older album releases. Songs from a bunch of her Sony albums are still not available on streaming. It's a mess.

2022 needs to see Crystal performing more on national television, with a song as a J-drama or anime theme, a new album, and all of the missing songs on streaming services finally made available. But we all know we ain't gettin’ none of this shit.
